Summary
ActiveCampaign is a SaaS marketing automation tool used by roughly 200,000 small- and medium-sized businesses in more than 170 countries.
Throughout my time at the company, I have spearheaded design initiatives across a myriad of projects, shaping the vision for various product areas and implementing solutions validated through rigorous research. Some of these key projects include:
A website personalization tool that allows marketers to customize their web content for segmented audiences.
A landing page builder designed for lead generation, advertising new products or services, webinars, and more.
A forms builder (currently in design) that unlocks the ability to add conditional logic to fields, create multiple form endings based on visitor-provided information, limit responses by count or timeframe, and publish forms in a variety of styles.
A content manager for marketers to upload, manage, and utilize their image and file assets across multiple channels.
An initiative aimed at addressing user interface (UI) inconsistencies across various builders and designing transferrable components that adhere to our design system, Camp.

Highlighted Projects
Of all the design projects I’ve led at ActiveCampaign, two stand out as having the biggest impact on platform consistency and user sentiment. First, the Consistent Builder Initiative (CBI) addressed UI inconsistencies across four builder experiences by designing nearly 50 transferrable components that align with our design system. Second, the Forms Builder Overhaul transformed years of user sentiment and competitive research into a new builder experience with updated functionality and an interface that utilizes numerous CBI components.

Additional Design
Shortly after joining ActiveCampaign, my Product Manager approached me about creating graphics for an upcoming newsletter called “The Product Line.” This internal email series aimed to update the company on product releases and successes. After several rounds of feedback with my Product Manager and the overall design team, I finalized the following set of graphics.
